Nothing, it was perfect.

the value for money was unbeatable - it was incredibly cheap for what you got. Secondly, the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city on the main street. And finally, the staff were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful, always willing to give tips and recommendations. Plus, the basic amenities were all there, from the 14-bed rooms with air conditioning to the breakfast in the morning. One detail that stood out for me was the attention to detail in the cleanliness of the rooms, toilets, and bathrooms - everything was spotless.

Honestly, everything was ok, nothing to complain about.

The hostel was conveniently located near key landmarks and public transportation. the staff was friendly and offered complimentary city maps and tips on local attractions. the rooms were well-maintained, and the showers were equipped with changing space and hot water.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to get online for work or other purposes. the noise level in the dorms was higher than anticipated, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

I had a great time at this hotel. The prices were very affordable and the value for money was exceptional. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Additionally, the location on the main street in the center of the city made it convenient to explore all that Palermo has to offer.

The breakfast is freshly brought in the morning and can be enjoyed on the cute little terraces. There is also a bar with drinks available. The staff, especially Emma, made my solo travel experience enjoyable. I had a great time!

The blankets were too light and I felt a bit cold. There was an issue with someone occupying my bed, and since it was late, I had to sleep on a bench.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with a supermarket next door, and close to both the central station and the major attractions of the city. the rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. the staff were welcoming and accommodating, providing helpful advice on activities and sights in the area.

Great location near the train and bus station, as well as close to main sightseeing places. Clean rooms with lockers available. Friendly and helpful staff are always ready to assist. Good kitchen facilities and free tea and coffee.

They were always available to listen to any concerns or requests, and the owners provided excellent tips and recommendations for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel had a very familiar atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, and considering the price, the value for money was unbeatable. Finally, the location in the center of the city was perfect. Being situated on the main street, it was only a short walk from the central station and offered easy access to all the attractions in the area.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was pretty much flawless.

The location of Balarm Hostel, Youth Hostel Age Limit 18-50 was excellent, close to the train station and main places in the city. I appreciated being able to leave my bag before check-in.

I had a minor issue with the shower, as I never had hot water. I understand this may not be the hotel's fault.
